CANCELLATION POLICY
Blush & Glow is by appointment only. You must provide a 4 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. By booking your appointment, you have agreed to our cancelation policy. Clients who fail to provide an adequate notice will be charged a fee of $35. Clients who confirm and are a “No-Show” will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. Monthly members will go by this same policy. The reason we have these policies in place is to protect us. If you “no-show” for your scheduled visit or reschedule last minute, we will not able to fill that spot and that is a loss to, The Blush and Glow Studio. Please arrive on time or 2-3 minutes early. We schedule our appointments every 20 minutes and we want to be sure we are able to start with each client at their scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may lose your spot and will need to reschedule. It’s important to us the we spend the full amount of time with each client to ensure that everyone leaves with the best results and you do not feel rushed.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
A valid credit card or debit card is required to book your appointment. You will pay for your tan at your appointment. You must bring your card or preferred form of payment with you for checkout in-studio. You can “create an account” when you book and that will save you time from entering it in next time.
